The problem
Why strong deep tech startups lose the room.
A deep tech pitch deck has to do two things at once: prove the science is real and prove there is a business. Many decks do only one. Some spend ten slides on the technology and two on the market. Others hide the science and leave a technical partner unconvinced.
Investors see many decks a week. If the problem, the breakthrough and the proof are not clear in the first few slides, they move on. Your associate champion also has to retell your story to the partners, often without you in the room.
We build the deck around a clear storyline: the problem, why now, how your technology works, the proof, the market, the team and the ask. Then we make sure your one-pager, data room documents and website tell the same story.

FAQ
Pitch deck questions, answered.
Straight answers about working with us.
How many slides should a deep tech pitch deck have?
Usually 12 to 18 for the main deck, with an appendix for technical detail. The main deck should make sense even to an investor without a science background.
How much of the technology should we explain to investors?
Enough to show it is real, different and hard to copy. One or two clear slides plus a technical appendix usually work better than a long science section.
Can you help with grant and government funding decks too?
Yes. We adapt the story for grant bodies, accelerators and corporate partners, who often care about different things than VCs.
Do you write the content or only design it?
Both. We shape the story and write the slides with you. The numbers, claims and financial model stay with your team.
How long does a pitch deck take?
Usually two to four weeks, depending on how ready your story and numbers are. We can move faster before a fixed deadline.
How much does pitch deck design cost?
It depends on the number of slides and extra documents. After a short call we give you one fixed price.
What should a pitch or company deck for deep tech companies include?
The problem you solve, what you do, proof such as patents, papers, pilot results and test data, how you work, and a clear next step. Keep one idea per slide and move detail into an appendix.
How many slides should a company deck have?
Ten to fifteen main slides is usually enough for a first meeting, with an appendix for detail. If a slide needs a long explanation, it probably needs to be split or simplified.
Should the deck match our website and brand?
Yes. When the deck, website and proposals look and sound the same, buyers and investors see a well-run company. A shared template also saves the team time on every new deck.
Can one deck work for investors and clients?
Usually not. Investors care about market size, growth and returns. Clients care about capability, proof and risk. Build a shared base and adapt two versions.
How do you make a technical deck easy to follow?
Lead with the outcome, then show how it works using simple diagrams, real numbers and before-and-after examples. Save formulas and detailed data for the appendix.
How do you choose a presentation design partner for deep tech companies?
Look for a team that has worked with deep tech companies before, can explain your work without your experts rewriting everything, and covers website, SEO, video and campaigns in one place. Ask for a fixed scope and price in writing before work starts. Hypergrow, based in Coimbatore, works this way with deep tech companies in India and abroad.
