For die casting companies

Marketing for die casting companies that puts you on the RFQ list.

For high pressure, gravity and low pressure die casters working in aluminium and zinc. We make it easy for a sourcing manager to see your machine range, alloys and in-house machining before a drawing ever leaves their desk.

The problem

Why capable die casters never see the drawing.

A sourcing manager filters alone. If your site cannot show machine size, an in house tool room and machining within two minutes, the drawing goes elsewhere.

Most sites show shiny parts and “quality castings”. Name alloys like LM6 or ADC12 and your largest shot weight, or you look like a small shop.

Porosity worries every pressure tight buyer. Explain vacuum assist, X-ray checks, impregnation and leak testing at a stated pressure.

How we help

What a die caster needs to win the next part.

Each piece answers a question the buyer would otherwise ask on a long call, so the first call is about price and timing.

01

Branding

A clear position against bigger casters

We help you choose what to be known for, such as thin walls, large parts or casting plus machining, and build every sales document around it.

  • Positioning by part type, size and alloy
  • Capability deck for supplier registration forms
  • Quality manual and inspection report templates
02

Website

A capability site built around the RFQ

Pages for each process and alloy, with your real machine list, part envelope and finishing steps, ending in an RFQ form that takes CAD files.

  • Machine list by tonnage with the heaviest part you can cast
  • Alloy pages for LM6, LM24, ADC12, A380 and zinc
  • Secure RFQ upload for STEP, IGES and PDF drawings
03

SEO and lead generation

Ranking for process, alloy and part searches

Engineers search by what they are making. We build pages around those searches, from EV motor housings to lighting bodies, for buyers in India and abroad.

  • Pages for HPDC, gravity and low pressure casting
  • Part family pages: housings, brackets, heat sinks, covers
  • Export buyer pages for the US and Europe
04

Video

Film of the cell, not just the part

A buyer trusts what he can see. We film the full cycle: ladling, the shot, trimming, fettling, CNC, X-ray and the leak test bench.

  • A three minute plant walk for supplier audits
  • Close shots of the tool room and die maintenance
  • Short clips for LinkedIn and trade show screens

How it fits together

Brand first. Then site, search and video.

Each piece makes the next one work harder. This is the order we build them in.

FAQ

Questions die casters ask us.

Straight answers about working with us.

Should we really publish our machine list?

Yes. Competitors can already guess it, but buyers cannot. Showing tonnage and part weight saves both sides from RFQs that never had a chance.

Most of our parts are under NDA. What can we show?

Part families, weight ranges, sectioned samples and photos with logos removed. Buyers want to see the type of work, not your customer’s design.

Can the website take CAD files safely?

Yes. We set up an upload that sends files straight to your sales inbox or storage, with a note on how you handle confidentiality.

We want EV work. How do we get noticed?

Build pages for the parts EV makers buy, like motor housings, inverter covers and battery trays, and show the alloys and leak tests they need.

Are overseas buyers really searching for Indian die casters?

Many buyers in the US and Europe now look beyond China for castings. Export pages that cover packing, Incoterms and sample lead time help them say yes.

When will search start sending drawings?

Narrow searches, like an alloy plus a part type, can bring RFQs within a few months. Wider terms like “die casting company” take longer.
