How it works
Four simple steps, fully visible.
No hidden multipliers. Every number comes from your inputs.
Monthly organic visits plus AI tool referrals, multiplied by your visitor to lead rate.
Leads multiplied by the share that fit your ideal customer and budget.
Qualified opportunities multiplied by your win rate, shown per year.
Yearly wins multiplied by your average contract value. The scenario applies your chosen uplift to visits.

Plain answers about how this tool works.
Where do I find my monthly organic visits?
In Google Analytics 4, filter sessions by the Organic Search channel, or use clicks in Google Search Console. Use an average of the last three months to smooth out spikes.
How do I count visits from AI tools?
In GA4, look at referral sessions from domains like chatgpt.com, perplexity.ai and gemini.google.com. Many AI visits are not tagged, so treat this number as a floor, not the full picture.
What is a realistic visitor to lead rate?
It varies widely by offer and page. Use your own data where you can: leads from organic search divided by organic visits over the same period.
Is the growth scenario a promise?
No. It shows what a chosen uplift would mean if your conversion rates stayed the same. Real growth depends on competition, content quality and time.
Do you store what I type?
No. The calculation runs in your browser. We only receive data if you choose to email yourself the results.
Why use contract value and not lifetime value?
First-year value keeps the estimate cautious and easy to compare. If renewals are reliable, you can enter a higher value and note it in your planning.
How long does B2B SEO take to grow traffic?
Usually three to six months for steady movement, longer in crowded markets. Specific service and question searches often move sooner than broad terms.
Does AI search replace organic traffic?
Not today. AI tools send fewer but often well-informed visitors, and they lean on the same strong pages search engines rank. Plan for both.
What counts as a qualified lead?
One that matches your ideal customer, has a real need and a realistic budget and timeline. Agree the definition with sales before you measure it.
Should we focus on traffic or conversion first?
If your site converts below one percent of relevant visits, fix conversion first. More traffic into a weak page wastes money.
How do we know SEO caused the growth?
Track leads by landing page and source in your CRM, compare against a baseline period and note other changes like ads or launches.
Can a small B2B firm compete in search?
Yes, by being specific. Niche service, industry and question searches are easier to win than broad terms and bring better-fit buyers.
