For mechanical design companies

Marketing for mechanical design companies that OEMs can trust with data.

Websites, SEO, CAD animation and branding for firms that design machines, parts, fixtures and products for others. Built so engineering managers can see your work, your tools and your NDA process before they send a single file.

Built for

Product, machine and fixture design firms

Buyers we reach

OEMs, machine builders and startups

Includes

Website, SEO, animation and branding

Measured by

RFQs and trial projects

The problem

Why OEMs hesitate to send you an RFQ.

An OEM handing product data to strangers takes a risk. They want to see parts you designed, your CAD tools and how files are protected.

Plastic parts, sheet metal, fixtures and reverse engineering are different jobs. Someone needing a welding fixture misses you if all work sits on one page.

Overseas clients look for GD&T to ASME Y14.5, a clear revision process and NDAs before data moves. Spell it out to win the trial project.

How we help

How a design firm becomes the one OEMs call back.

Website, search, animation and brand, planned together so every buyer sees the same proof of skill.

01

Branding

A design partner, not a CAD vendor

Clients pay more for a firm that thinks about the product, not one that only draws it. We help you look and sound like that partner.

  • Positioning by industry, such as automotive, medical or packaging machines
  • Capability deck and sample drawing pack design
  • Proposal and design review templates
02

Website

A design portfolio that wins trial projects

We show your work the way engineers judge it: the problem, the constraints, the CAD model and the result, with client details hidden where needed.

  • Case pages for machines, fixtures, plastic and sheet metal parts
  • A clear NDA, data security and file transfer page
  • An RFQ form that accepts STEP files and sketches
03

SEO and lead generation

Found for the exact design job

We build a page for each type of design work you do, so a buyer searching for a specific job lands on proof you have done it before.

  • Pages for SPM design, fixture design, DFM and reverse engineering
  • Outsourcing pages for buyers in the US, Germany and the UK
  • Answers on GD&T, software and file formats for AI search
04

Video

Animations that show the machine working

We animate your CAD assemblies so a client sees the mechanism move, the parts fit and the cycle run, long before anything is built.

  • Mechanism and assembly animations from SolidWorks or Creo
  • Exploded views for proposals and design reviews
  • Short loops for your website and LinkedIn

How it fits together

Brand first. Then site, search and video.

Each piece makes the next one work harder. This is the order we build them in.

FAQ

Questions design firms ask us.

Straight answers about working with us.

Clients worry about sharing designs with an outside firm. How do we address that?

Put it on the website before they ask. A page that explains your NDA, who can see files, how they are stored and how they are deleted at the end of a project removes a big doubt early.

Most of our work is under NDA. How do we build a portfolio?

We describe the job without naming the client or showing the real part: the industry, the challenge, the tools and the outcome. A redrawn or simplified model can stand in for the real one.

Should we target overseas clients or Indian OEMs first?

It depends on your capacity and rates. Indian OEMs often want on-site meetings, while overseas clients care more about process and communication. We can build for both, but the pages need to be different.

Can animation help if our designs are never shown publicly?

Yes, inside proposals and design reviews. A short clip of a mechanism moving makes a review faster and helps a client sell the design to their own team.

Is it worth listing hourly rates?

Usually not. Show how you price instead, such as a fixed price per drawing package or a dedicated designer per month, so buyers know what to expect.

Will SEO just bring us small one-off jobs?

Some, and that is normal. We focus pages on jobs that lead to repeat work, such as fixture design for a production line or ongoing drafting support, so the mix improves over time.
