For metro and railway contractors

Marketing for metro and railway contractors who deliver a slice of very big projects.

Websites, SEO, films and branding for firms that do track work, OHE, viaducts, station building, depot works and private sidings. Built for the procurement teams at large EPCs and the plant owners who need a rail connection.

The problem

Why rail contractors stay invisible.

Big EPC firms split viaduct, stations, MEP and track among subcontractors. If your site names no scope, you are off the list.

Railway work runs on IREPS tenders and RDSO approvals, but main contractors call firms with a clear track renewal, OHE or bridge record in a zone.

Cement, steel and power plants need private rail sidings, and plant heads search Google, not IREPS. Few contractors explain survey, track, OHE and railway approvals plainly.

How we help

What a rail contractor needs to get on the right lists.

We build the website, search pages, films and documents together, so an EPC planner and a plant head both find what they need.

01

Branding

Documents that pass a consultant’s review

Metro clients bring general consultants who read every method statement. We make your documents clear and consistent.

  • Company profile by scope for EPC procurement
  • Method statement, ITP and report templates
  • Site boards and PPE branding for corridor sites
02

Website

A website organised by scope and corridor

We set out your work by scope, like track, OHE, viaduct or station building, and by the kind of corridor you worked on.

  • Scope pages for track, OHE, civil, station and depot work
  • Project register by zone, metro corridor and year
  • Approvals, registrations and quality plans in one place
03

SEO and lead generation

Pages for plant owners and main contractors

Two very different buyers search for rail work. We build for both without mixing the message.

  • Private siding and cargo terminal pages for plant heads
  • Subcontract scope pages for metro and rail EPCs
  • Plain facts so AI answers describe your scope correctly

Video

Films of work done in tight windows

Rail work often happens at night, in short traffic blocks. We film how your team plans and finishes work in those windows.

  • Night track and OHE work films
  • Drone films of viaduct and station progress
  • Short safety films for induction and bids

How it fits together

Brand first. Then site, search and video.

Each piece makes the next one work harder. This is the order we build them in.

FAQ

Questions metro and railway contractors ask us.

Straight answers about working with us.

Our metro work was done under the main EPC’s name. Can we show it?

Usually yes, as long as you describe your own scope and do not claim the whole corridor. We check your subcontract for any limits and word it carefully.

Railway tenders come through IREPS. Is a website still useful?

IREPS is where you bid. Your website is where main contractors and JV partners check you before they invite you into a bigger bid. Both matter.

Should we go after private siding work?

If you can handle survey to handover, yes. Plant owners have the budget and the urgency, and very few contractors explain the process clearly enough to win their trust.

How do we show safety near live tracks?

With plain facts: how you plan blocks, how lookouts and protection work on your sites, and your safety record. A short film of a real block works better than a policy page.

We have worked with international general consultants. Should we say so?

Yes, without naming anyone who has not agreed. Saying your documents pass a consultant’s review matters to EPCs who face the same reviewers.

Can one website cover both metro and mainline rail?

Yes. We keep a shared company story and separate scope pages, so a metro planner and a zonal engineer each see projects that match their work.
