You asked three Dubai production houses for a quote on a two-minute company film. One came back at AED 8,000, one at AED 18,000 and one at AED 35,000. They all said “corporate video”. So which one is right?
Usually all three are honest. They are quoting different videos. This guide shows what corporate video costs in Dubai in 2026, based on price guides that local production companies publish, what drives the number up or down, and a simple worksheet that makes quotes comparable.
- Local price guides put a one to three minute corporate video in Dubai at roughly AED 6,000 to AED 35,000, depending on the company and the scope.
- Shoot days, crew size and post-production drive most of the cost. Video length matters less than people think.
- Permits, drone shots, location fees, talent and 5% VAT are often outside the headline price.
- Compare quotes line by line with the worksheet below, not by total.
- Animation, scripting and editing can be done remotely, which is where an India-based team can save you money.
What a corporate video costs in Dubai in 2026
There is no official price list for video in the UAE. The most useful public numbers come from production companies that publish their own price guides. Treat them as what local companies say they charge, not as an independent survey.
| Video type | Published range (AED) |
|---|---|
| Corporate video, 1 to 3 minutes, budget | 6,000 to 10,000 |
| Corporate video, 1 to 3 minutes, mid range | 10,000 to 18,000 |
| Corporate video, 1 to 3 minutes, premium | 18,000 to 30,000 |
| Corporate video with a professional agency, 2 to 3 minutes | 15,000 to 35,000 |
| CGI or 3D product video | 8,000 to 100,000+ |
| Social or UGC style video, 30 to 60 seconds | 3,000 to 8,000 |
These ranges come from price guides that Dubai production companies published in 2026. They show what those companies say they charge, not a survey, and prices usually exclude 5% VAT. Your quotes may sit outside them.
Crew day rates and the extras that add up
For filmed videos, the biggest single driver is how many days a crew is on site. One local price guide lists these day rates and add-ons:
| Item | Published figure (AED) |
|---|---|
| Solo videographer | 2,500 to 5,000 per day |
| Two-person crew | 5,000 to 8,000 per day |
| Full crew (director, camera, lighting, sound, producer) | 10,000 to 50,000 per day |
| Editing | 1,000 to 5,000 per finished minute |
| Motion graphics | 2,000 to 10,000 per minute |
| Drone footage | plus 1,000 to 3,000 |
| Location fee | 2,000 to 20,000+ per day |
| Filming permit | about 520, 2 to 5 working days |
Permit fees and rules change, so confirm the current requirement for your location with your production company before the shoot date is fixed. On-camera talent is another line to check: one guide lists AED 1,000 to 5,000 per person per day.
A 90-second film shot over two days with a full crew can cost far more than a three-minute animation. Ask every company how many shoot days and crew members its price assumes.
What actually moves the price
- Shoot days and locations. One office is simple. A plant in Jebel Ali, a project site and a client office means more days, permits and travel.
- Crew size. A solo operator and a seven-person crew are different products.
- Animation and graphics. Simple text on screen is quick. Custom 3D of your equipment takes much longer.
- Script and planning. A proper script stage costs money but saves expensive reshoots.
- Versions. A main film plus vertical cuts for LinkedIn and a 15-second teaser is several edits, not one.
- Revision rounds. Many quotes include two or three rounds and charge for more.
- Rights. Licensed music and paid-ads usage can add cost. So can owning the raw footage.
A worksheet to compare Dubai video quotes
Ask each company to fill this in, or fill it from their proposal. Blank cells are your questions. Prices that look far apart usually have very different lines.

Why would a Dubai company hire a team in India?
It is a fair question. There are plenty of production houses in Dubai, so why pick a team in Coimbatore you have never heard of? Here are the doubts we hear most from Dubai companies, and our honest answers.
- “Is it cheaper because the work is worse?” No. Salaries and office costs in India are lower, so the same senior work costs less. Judge us on the work and the people, not the address.
- “What if they disappear halfway?” There is no prepayment. You pay against agreed delivery, so the risk stays with us, not you.
- “Will communication be a headache?” One weekly call at a time you choose, replies the same working day, and urgent issues fixed by end of day. The UAE is an hour and a half behind India, so our working day overlaps almost fully with yours.
- “Who owns the work?” You do. All content, videos, raw files and source files stay with you.
- “We already have a team or an agency.” Good. We can work as an add-on to your in-house team, or alongside your current marketing agency on the parts you need.
- “How do we know it will work?” Start with one small project. If the quality and the results are right, grow from there.
For filming, some shoots, like product, studio or factory work, we can do in India. When you need us on the ground in Dubai, we are ready to work with you directly. We are also planning to open offices in the UAE, Singapore and Australia soon.
The UAE is an hour and a half behind India, so the working day overlaps almost fully. Still, ask who directs the shoot, who edits, and how approvals work before you sign.
Why Hypergrow
We do not want to be one more vendor on your list. We work as a growth partner: we learn your buyers, your sales process and your goals, and plan the corporate video around what it has to do for your business.
- Growth partner, not a vendor. We care about inquiries and sales, not just delivering files.
- No revision limits. One fixed bill for the agreed scope, however many corrections you need.
- Fixed price, no prepayment. Scope and price agreed in writing before we start.
- Flexible ways to work. One project, a monthly plan, or extra hands when your team is stretched.
- Works with your people. We plug into your in-house team or collaborate with your existing agency, with the same business goals.
- You own everything. Content, videos, raw files, source files and accounts stay with you.
- Honest about fit. If a local partner suits your project better, we will tell you.
For the same scope, our fixed price usually lands at about a third to a half of typical local agency rates, agreed in writing after a short call. We price in Indian rupees, so there are no forex markups on our side. At about 25.9 rupees per dirham at the time of writing, you pay the rupee amount, so the AED figure moves with the exchange rate. As a rough illustration, a scope a Dubai agency quotes at AED 20,000 would typically land somewhere around AED 7,000 to 10,000 with us.

How to get an accurate quote
- Write one goal for the video and name the main viewer.
- List where it will play: website, LinkedIn, events, sales emails.
- Say how many locations and people on camera, or that you want animation.
- Ask for versions you need: lengths, formats, captions.
- Send the same brief to every company and ask for the worksheet lines above.
